Light Tec was founded in Dallas in March 1980 by a professional commercial photographer who was frustrated by the lack of technical support and assistance at his normal supply sources. 

After many requests from our customers, we opened our Houston location in November 1990.  Each location is tailored to serve their individual markets and customers.  So, we do our homework and research to provide you with just such assistance; to help you sort through all the information and help you make an intelligent decision about your equipment purchases for the way you need to do your business.
