Class I – Introduction to Lighting
A basic introduction to studio lighting equipment with emphasis on different operations and safety. One-, two-, and three-head shooting setups.

Class II – Introduction to Soft Lighting Tools
A basic introduction to softboxes, strips, and beauty dishes. One- and two-head shooting setups.

Class III – Introduction to Hard Lighting Tools
A basic introduction to fresnels, microfresnels, and ellipsoidal
spotlights plus snoots, grids, and barndoors. One- and two head
shooting setups.

Class IVa – Location Lighting with Strobes (Saturday)
Outdoor
shooting in shade and mixed sun with battery- operated
strobes and fill accessories. Location shooting will
be
weather permitting (may be subject to rescheduling).

Class IVb – Location Sun Lighting (Saturday)
Outdoor
shooting in full sun without power using scrims, overheads,
butterflies, and fill accessories. Location shooting
will
be weather permitting (may be subject to rescheduling)

Class V – Posing Do's and Don'ts
Learn to
interact with your model to get the best poses from your
subject.

Class Fees: Friday night classes are $45.00
Saturday location classes are $55.00.
Classes are limited in size. Reservations are recommended. Please call 214/350-8990 or e-mail to light227@lighttec.com to ensure your space.
Class participants will receive a voucher toward future rentals from Light Tec, Inc.
