DALLAS Darkroom
Light Tec’s darkroom is a complete single-user black and white printing facility, equipped to handle from 35mm to 4x5 negatives. Just bring your negatives and favorite printing paper. The basic Ilford black and white paper chemistry is included in the rental rate.
The darkroom measures 8-1/2 feet by 14-1/2 feet and offers plenty of room for working. It houses a Omega Pro-Lab 4x5 enlarger with a Zone VI cold light stabilizer, a GraLab 450 timer, and a 3-lens turret (50mm, 80mm, and 150mm lenses), a 8-foot Kreonite fiberglass sink with washing tub and spray arm, and all the trays, graduates, and tongs to print from 4x5 up to 16x20 prints. A 2-foot light box is convenient for reviewing your negatives. There are negative carriers, Ilford filters, and easels to help you get that print just right. An Arkay Dual Dry fiber-based paper dryer and an Ilfolab 1250 resin-coated paper dryer speeds your finishing times.

Rates:

$20.00 per hour, $100.00 per day (9 hours)
Other: After 5:30p.m., Monday-Friday @ $30.00 per hour
Saturday @$50.00 per hour
No Sunday hours offered at this time.

Reservations are recommended.  Rental rates apply to whole hours or fractions thereof, from setup to breakdown and cleanup.
